Advance Purchase Rates
If you have selected a pre-paid (Advance Purchase) rate, this is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. However should your plans drastically change for reasons out of your control, please do contact us at least 48 hours’ prior to your arrival date to see what we can do. Please note our rates do change daily so an extra cost may occur if we are able to move the date for you.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to 3pm on your arrival date. If you do have to cancel within twenty four hours’ of your due arrival you will incur a charge amounting to no more than your first night’s total rate. This will be debited from the card details given at the time of booking. For bookings of five or more rooms we require 2 weeks’ notice for full cancellations. When cancelling, please ask for your cancellation reference number
You are welcome to arrive early. Check-in is from 3pm, but if your room is ready sooner then you are welcome to use it immediately. If it is not going to be ready before 3pm we are happy to store your luggage in the meantime. On the day of your departure, in order that our next guests can check in on time, check-out is at 11am. For a small extra charge it may be possible to arrange a later check-out. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would prefer a later check-out and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We do not operate a 24-hour check-in desk – if you are planning to arrive after 10.30pm, please advise us prior to arrival in order that we can arrange to let you in.
We have parking available behind the pub building, although parking is limited and on a first come first served basis. For SatNav users, our address is The Fleece, 11 Church Green, Witney, OX28 4AZ.
The Fleece is entirely smoke-free and fitted with sensitive smoke-detectors. A cleaning charge of £150 will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room or in the public areas. We also reserve the right, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you authorise us, to charge your payment card for any damage caused during your stay (including but not limited to the need for specialist cleaning) or for the removal of any items from the rooms.
