Our New Look
If you haven’t heard the news yet, we’re delighted to announce that The Fleece is having a complete refurbishment!
A new colour scheme of warm mahogany, copper, leaf green and burnt orange. Comfortable new upholstery and original artworks. But don’t worry – it won’t be mutton dressed as lamb. Just the good old Fleece in an age-appropriate new suit!
Sadly, to achieve this, we need to close the pub for one week from Monday 1st June to Saturday 6th June.

If only these walls could talk! We’ve held many a party here over the last 11 years, from sophisticated evenings sipping Prosecco with friends to debaucherous long nights that need/should have no explanation. There will be plenty of both in the new-look Fleece, but in the meantime, come and give the Fleece as we know it, a proper send off.
We’ll have live music and DJs playing into the early evening and we’re setting you the challenge of drinking the bar dry! Remember… EVERYTHING must go!
No need to book, grab a group of friends and head down – the more the merrier!
